I get along with all age groups, but find the older, elderly group tend to be the best. I love hearing their stories, they have lived through so much history.
That is really swell of you to say honey. Some find us old folks tiresome/tedious/repetitious/boring. I have always gotten along very well with all ages. The key is what they want to talk about. It either turns me on to tune in or turns me off to tune out. Age has nothing to do with it. Thank you for your reply LC! :)
I can and do get along with people of different ages one to one but am obviously more comfortable and sympathetic with people of my generation - so-called baby-boomers. I am a middle period baby boomer. Young people in general seem to have no interest in older generations and I guess we have not much understanding of the way they think either. Though do have some young friends and we talk about everything.
