WHY? Because the spineless toadies in Congress will never impeach him and the spineless toadies in the Cabinet will never invoke the 25th Amendment. So donjohn will have to have a meltdown in public and simply become delusional, erratic and dangerous. Shooting a machinegun or tearing off his clothes might help since none of those folks would dare do a thing against him...not even save him from himself.
