White House "stooges" tampered with a transcript per Joe Scarborough. His words not mine. I did not hear the speech to which he referred in its entirety. Did you? Do you know to which word(s) he refers? If purposely changed is that legal? Is anyone overseeing/overhearing what goes on to make sure tricksters/ phonies/blithering idiots don't try to get away with more crap like that?
