It seems there really are some folks who do not/did not know that ALT-RIGHT consists of white whatever they call themselves. Whether it be RACIST or SUPREMACIST or NATIONALIST they are the whites who want it known that is what they are most proud of being. They gather together under various banners because they believe in preserving whiteness and fear it is being terribly diluted by people of color. So anyone who has done any research at all on Steven Bannon and the ALT-RIGHT would know that. There are probably black nationalists as well but I doubt that they would belong to the ALT-RIGHT movement though perhaps some do. I know there is an awful lot of stuff going on and it's hard to keep up informationwise but tha is why we GOOGLE things. To find out. Are you a GOOGLER?
