Donjohn is forever connected to "SH**HOLE". He is the first person I ever heard use it. Now he may not have coined it/created it/invented it but he made it normal and okay to use. So I guess we should thank him for increasing our vocabulary though the word doesn't exist in my dictionary. I'm sure it existeth in some dictionary somewhere and because the prez put his imprimatur on it certainly a dictionary maker will include it futurely and hopefully give appropriate props. Give credit where credit is due. Right? Don't cheat donjohn out of credit he actually earned/deserves for a change.
