Are you a "WHAT ABOUT?" person or do you answer the question asked?

The WHAT ABOUT folks never answer the question asked. They deflect it by bringing up other examples on the other side as if that settles it. It never does. But they keep doing it anyway. Are you a straight shooter or are you a WHAT ABOUTER? Why?
