If you flout the law there are consequences depending upon the degree of severity of the crime. Should all crimes be punished?
Is it a "crime" to assert the 5th amendment so you don't incriminate yourself? If you take the fifth aren't you admitting guilt? Would an honest person have to resort to hiding behind the Constitution?
