Is Chief of Staff John Kelly too big for his britches? He said regarding a wall it was't gonna happen and donjohn was UNINFORMED. Uh-oh?

How is the grandly arrogant supremely conceited donjohn gonna take that bit of news? He was UNINFORMED when he made those promises? How well is he gonna take that? Will he yello at Kelly, fire him and replace him with...let's see...someone else? How's this gonna fly ?
