To decide. Mitch McConnell said they are waiting for the prez to decide what he wants so they can give him a bill to sign. I guess we won't know which view he will hold until Chief of Staff Kelly or Stephen Miller tell him which one he wants. So much for leadership and decisionmaking. It was kinda pathetic for the Senate Majority leader to admit they don't have a clue what donjohn wants so they're stuck waiting on him to decide. McConnell looked kinda sheepish.
