    Timing....Trumps disgusting stuff is 20 years ago. Clinton's disgusting stuff was current. 

    Also Trump is on the same side as most evangelicals where Clinton was not.

    ie. Pro life, pro religious freedom, Merry Christmas,  etc.

    It was impossible to vote either R or D in the 2016 presidential election based upon "good morals".
