Republicans KNOW that if/when Dems get the majority in the House impeachment proceedings will begin. Will they RESCIND VOTING?

Will they hurriedly amend The Constitution to make voting illegal? Shoot anyone who shows up to vote unless they can PROVE they going to vote Republican?
