Well, he could have said "stupid." "Uninformed" means someone else didn't inform him and therefore implies his decision about the necessity of building a wall and who should pay for it are not his fault.
You KNOW how sensitive the donjohn is tom. He immediately tweeted to undercut what Kelly said. The donjohn said he has never changed his mind at all about the wall. He was not pleased that his chief of staff indicated he was ignorant. That is what uninformed means. This is the man who is smarter than anyone and knows everything so I think Kelly probably got reprimanded severely for his uppity talk. Donjohn only deals with sycophantic spineless toadies. He wouldn't hire any other kind. Kelly doesn't quite fit that template. He is much less than I thought he was vis a vis his moral character. When he lied about that congressman and didn't apologize I knew what he was. He is as strident and uncaring and immoral as his boss. Two peas in a pod. Like we really needed that!
