Why not run parallel governments? When one shuts down another one kicks in.. That way we the people don't have to suffer for the posturing and grandstanding and muscle flexing and partisan sniping of politicians. So we'd have a Dem/GOP/Libertarian/Green/Whatever government to handle the job. Just like having an understudy to go on if the star is unable to do so or a stand-in.. The show must go on. It's a thought.
