All political campaigns start out kinda rough and raw and bumpy. Then over time they adjust and learn and grow as does the candidate. They shift gears. Why is the Trump campaign still stuck in first?

There is no change in the MO of the Trump campaign. No smoothing out of the rough edges.  No progress or learning is evident . The way it began is the way it is going to finish. Unpredictable. A baby crawls, walks hesitantly, then runs. This campaign is still a crawling baby.  Stunted  growth. Maybe it's the diet they have chosen to follow.  What caused it?
