Crackpots use the insanity defense and don't have to pay for the harm they do. 25th amendment would admit the donjohn is incapable of being prez (which is we all know) and maybe place him in a looby bin for awhile. After which what happens? He goes back to his NEW YORK BILLIONAIRE life without paying for the harm he did to the United States of America because he was "incapacitated"? Is that how it works?
