Obese tends to be associated with bodyweight. Can it also be applied to ignorance? Can someone be obesely ignorant?

OBESE. Very fat or corpulent. Overweight.  A FATHEAD is a stupid person. A fool. The obese are fat right? A head can be fat in its own right, right?
