The donjohn sez Mexico sends rapists and murderers here. Not their best people. Why don't we send OUR rapists and murderers to Mexico?

Reciprocity! Being a GOOD NEIGHBOR. I bet we got more rapists and murderers here than Mexico has there. I think we should count them. We don't get any firm stat about HOW MANY the wall will keep out .  Why?

    There is a rule in American law that punishments must not be "cruel and unusual". the intention is to avoid "creative" rulings that go beyond the punishments mandated by the laws, eg: telling a man convicted of cannibalism that he would now be jailed until he had eaten his own left leg.

    Sending murderers and rapists to Mexico would be "cruel and unusual" no matter how justified it appears to you, and it also have the drawback that
    it would 'inflict' those criminals on the Mexican populace who has done nothing to deserve such punishment.

    I know that because I read about it in a book.

    We are just being good neighbors JakobA. The doofus don says Mexico sends us their rapists and murderers so being a good neighbor we reciprocate. It is our way of thanking them. Now do you really want us to get into the TRUTH found in books? I don't think so. You forget we in America (and by extension the rest of the world) are living in cartoon comic book times. None of this is real. All  of it is fake/phony/make-beleve. The main illusionist will disappear one day and all will go back to normal. While he is in charge everything is possible and nothing is sacred. There are no laws that apply to fake phony. How long will this masquerade last? That I don't know.  But while we are "experiencing" it anything is possible. There are no boxes. Everything is outside them. There are no lines. They appear/disappear/reappear 24/7.  Thank you for your reply! :)
