It is said that Paul Ryan and John McCain are "threading the needle" vis a vis Trump because they NEED his supporters to vote for them. How long do you thread the needle before you draw blood?

That is why they carefully reject what he says but haven't the courage to reject him and withdraw their  support. In other words they fear the wrath of Trump supporters. I guess  all Trump supporters are attack dogs. If you were either of them would you do the same thing or would you never have supported him in the first place and taken the political consequences? Why?

    Those two need to grow a pair. If they don't support him say why and let the voters decide.

    I hear on the news McCain is in trouble on his reelection at this point.

    I wonder if Ryan is going to get reelected and if so will he be Speaker. He tends to dictate to the voters rather than respond to them.

    I would not vote for McCain.
    I understand Ryan district wavering on his interests with Ryan publicly says Trump's trade will not make it through the House.
