I don' think anyone texting while driving is looking to die or kill....they are just stupid thinking they can do it safely.

If they text and drive it is identical to the person who drinks and drives. They are all potential murderers because it is preventable but they choose to engage in it willfully. Thank you for your reply m2c and Happy Saturday to thee. Stupid kills all the time. That is no excuse. This post was edited by RosieG at February 3, 2018 3:29 AM MST

No I don't think texting is cowardly but just foolish and dangerous. Doubt they want to die or kill but they have become so attached to texting they can't leave it alone even for the sake of safety.  And a lot of those people who try to get policemen to kill them don't want to die either but they only want release from a particular problem and they are short-sighted enough to think that death will do it.  Police personnel are trained to handle such situations and I have seen them do it very well so no one is hurt on TV reality shows.

A person who drinks and drives and kills someone is a murderer in my opinion. It can be prevented but they choose not to do so. Same thing with texters who kill. They are murderers too because it can be prevented but they choose not to. It's stupid. Stupid does not excuse murdering someone . Thank you for your reply og.

If you text while you drive, you are assuming the risk that comes with doing so---and that risk is that the results of your actions may well result in the death or injury of yourself or others....

Being stupid neither excuses your actions nor absolves you of the charge of reckless endangerment.

(That's why I have a problem with some Trump supporters.)

I think evil supports evil and those who support him had much evil in their hearts and were just waiting for an evil one such as him to make it okay. The truly righteous good honest people would never support an evil racist sexually abusive depraved reprobate and traitorous despotic person like that but they adore him. Which makes them like him. SIGH. Thank you for your reply. I have come to that conclusion since no matter what evil he embraces they support it. I have given up on them. They are never going to be more than what they are now. I leave them to their own kind. I want no part of them. There is no way they can ever redeem themselves in this lifetime. A few thoughts. Thank you for your reply tom.
