Groundhog Punxsutawney Phil predicts 6 more weeks of winter. Have we ever had one in gpvernment? Why doesn't donjohn hire him for sumthin'?
His turnover rate is bigly high. He isn't a very good chooser/people picker. Maybe he'd have better luck with a groundhog. What could it hurt?
