Is there a "deliverer from evil" out there somewhere who will come to our aid? The USA is in dire need of one and the world as well. Well?

It needn't be a KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR. Just an honorable honest trustworthy person whose interests are in justice/truth/transparency.  Any candidates you can think of offhand or will it be a dark horse coming up from behind that no one noticed until the fight was over and done and won?
