"The environment in the Tech industry has become toxic for women". There too? Is any industry PIG-FREE? Where are the gentlemen?

Well I would point out that gentlemen, under their politeness and respect and perhaps chivalry, are still men. And I would not call any man a "pig" (though would have when I was young).  That would be dehumanizing.  Tech sector, like most others, is primarily male, esp where creativity is involved, and some of them may see themselves in a certain way and handle themselves in ways that are not always pleasant.  But working with them on a regular basis we learn to understand and deal with them.  Technology, like business, is, after all, not a Sunday school picnic.  Not for those of us who choose to think of ourselves only as 'victims" (whether we are or not).  We need to get beyond all that to compete and flourish among men.
