Does donjohn have a security clearance? With his past how does he qualify? Why are rules for others not applied to him?

I thought no one was above the law. How did he get to be the only one who is?

    Haha I would guess not at your house!  His position would get him in a lot of places but on the other hand make him persona non grata in other places.
