Who decided that? When and why? In some places it seems to be "getting better". On the other hand ripping off the scab of sexually perferted men has led to much horror and sadness and disgust. So where are we exactly? The wifebeaters and sexually perverted abusers still don't respect women. Are those who few and far between? Are they afraid of speaking up because folks might think they are NOT macho dudey enough?
