I feel bad for the good guys out there. For them it wouldn't be fair. They never did anything wrong but they will get tainted and broadbrushed and suffer the same fate as the no good SOB's. Unless we can find a better way to excise them and segregate/separate them and protect them from the bad guys. I know two wrongs don't make a right. But there is KARMA to consider too. Paying what you owe from previous incarnations. There is that for those who believe in it.
