Allegedly Kelly knew all about the wifebeater's history(Rob Porter) and hired him anyway. But if he didn't know isn't that unbelievable incompetence? What kind of vetting goes on? Do they hire anyone off the street without a background check? If the person is supposed to get a complete and total security clearance rather than partial/temporary and can't get it done doesn't that ring alarm bells? What the heck does Kelly do there anyway? What does a Chief of Staff do? Isn't his job to oversee THE STAFF? Geez.
