Mental illness. Evil. Not all mentally ill people are evil. But if one person does/says evil things and is gigantically mentally ill how much control does that person have over his words/deeds?

If he is rich he has complete control over what he does for himself and to others.

Not to rain on your parade, but personality disorders are NOT mental illness's.  Narcissism, particularly, is just a way of doing business with the world.  On the other hand, mental illness PREVENTS people from doing business at all..
