Is it a pattern of lies or truth? Mike Pence seems to be out of the loop on many things. Is he veep or not?

He says he doesn't know about things others with whom he worked knew. Either he is lying or he really is the "special" child from whom reality is kept. Either way not so good. He looks like a dupe/dope either way.
