Of course it depends entirely on who the attacked/attacker be. Who the accused/accuser be. If the accused is some you like a lot you will automatically defend/believe without regard to where the truth lies. If the accuser is someone you like you will automatically defend/believe without regard to where the truth lies. Which is why we are in such a mess in the US. Life centers around the donjohn prez. You like him you defend him truth notwithstanding. Truth is what is expendable here. Why that is...is not very clear. It gets murkier and muddier and fuzzier each day. It is not a good place to be but here we are anyway. :( Whomever donjohn accuses his defenders believe it is justified. His attackers are always not believed truth notwithstanding. It just is and that is very weird. I expect every day in every way it will get weirder and weirder until something gives. What that is is TBD.
