So if the materials selected are shoddy and cheaply made and the architects/engineers/construction people are inexperienced, lack knowledge and really don't care about the quality of the finished product or take responsibility for the result you will end up with something that simply won't stand. If you keep replacing the materials and the people with more of the same you will keep getting the same result. Anyone with a brain would know that in advance before construction begins. Where are they? Why are they hiding?
