Are you happier in your dreams/daydreams than you are elsewhere? What is so bad about being there in the elsewhere?

I am not happy in my dreams if that is all there is.  If I am able to write and dream like  I am now, it is kind of therapeutic.

Just dreaming and having no goal besides dreaming can be hell, unless you are a trained mystic and can reach realms beyond imagining.
