    its understandable.... some can do a job, and not have the thing to keep doing it . then they want to leave the job, cuz its too annoying to deal with.

    That isn't the question I asked. You hired someone. How long do you give them to try out before you figure out if they can do the job or not and if they can't you fire them? 3 months? 6 months? Forever?
