American mind/heart/soul. What the gun lobby doesn't already own Russia does. It should embarrass folks but they don't care. Puzzling?

Americans are not all of "one" mind or "one" heart so why would say anything like that?  "Soul" is pretty much a Roman Catholic belief - its not in The Bible - so I've never understood what that means. But why would you accuse me of being "owned" by Russia?  I'm not and I resent your implication.  Neither is my husband.  Why do you persist in flying off the handle with litanies of far-flung accusations against those of us who may not agree with you about some things only because we don't agree with you?  Are you proud of that?
