One of the Russky defendants wrote "I created all these pictures and posts and the Americans believed that it was written by their people". It was hubris that made the Russkies think they could get away with it and then disappear as if they never existed. Hubris coupled with extreme arrogance and stupidity by assuming all Americans were as gullible as those they had scammed/conned/tricked on the internet. SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE!
