It was in December 2011 and Hillary publicly supported them. Of course the girlyman Vlad Putin felt that Hillary had emasculated him and that infuriated him. So he plotted and planned and conceived of a way to make her pay for it. She stood up to him in 2011 and his plan began to be IMPLEMENTED in 2014 to exact a huge revenge. Now as it happens doofus don was in Russia in 2013 for the Miss Universe pageant and as is his wont probably slept with anything that walked past him of whatever gender and Putin probably has pictures of him naked which would embarrass anyone, even him. So that is WHY the doofus don was chosen as their guy to make the American president. They had him in very compromising situations so they KNEW he would bend over for them whenever wherever and for however long they required him to if and when he became prez.
