Hillary would not remain silent and defend Russia bullheadedly belligerantly and stupidly. One thing is certain. The guy who is acting "prez" will NEVER say anything derogatory about his beloved Vlad. Because Vlad has a lot of dirt on him and so he doesn't DARE. The donjohn loyalty is to Russia because if the don steps out of line Vlad will get back at him and he knows it.
