Shooter comes in blasting away with a fully automatic ILLEGAL weapon and kills many. What gun does teacher have and where does teacher carry it and how effective will teacher be with that fully automatic weapon aimed at her/him? 76% of teachers are female. I don't know how many females are gun people but I doubt that all 76% of them are. Does donjohn KNOW thst? How many Annie Oakley's are there? Will teachers get the trainjing on their own time at their own expense? How much will it cost to train the unguns to shoot guns? Aren't we setting up a perfectly dreadful scenario of more deaths more quickly? How does a teacher anticipate the movements of the shooter? Inquiring minds wanna know.
