I was thinking that everyone should wear bullet proof vests but there are some bullets that can pierce them. Why not a suit of armor?
Bring back the Knights of the Round Table. Armorize everyone. Every kid too. it will be good for them. How much would kid body armor weigh? Cost is irrelevant.
