    There are plenty of vets out there who are out of a job. Hiring them to protect the schools would be a great idea.

    Many of them are already teachers. They could be a line of defense.

    Do you have any IDEA how many schools there are in America?


    Who is going to pay for this training of teachers or EX Marines hanging around a school with guns.

    Who's to say that the ex-Marines are totally stable?

    Trump likes to shoot his mouth off but he has no idea what something like this would cost American taxpayers.

    Because we KNOW he isn't going to foot the bill.

    As we and foreign leaders have been repeatedly advised..."pay no attention to what he says/tweets". So right now it's just words which are meaningless. Action or lack thereof will tell the tale. But right now ideas are what matters. I'd rather spend $25 billion on wages for ex-military or SAFE rooms in schools than for a stupid wall. Which may never get built at all. Ideas matter. That's the only thing that does. This Administration is woefully lacking in ideas. It's template is to reverse everything Obama did, make the richer and wipe out all social safety net programs.  Which is what they are doing. Where are the ideas there? Absent. MIA. So I like to hear the ideas folks have. Some sound great to me so I ask questions about them. Thank you for your reply Sharon.
