Experiential data/evidence is what we use to conclude. In YOUR experience which gender is nicer/kinder/fairer and which ain't? Why is that?

In terms of home/family life I would say no question we are. But in the workplace men are much kinder and fairer and more helpful.  At least to women. Because so many of us instead of encouraging and helping each other fall to jealousy and back-biting and resentment of any of us who do well.  And see us only as competition and not sister workers.  Men are very competitive but they also honor and encourage excellence.
