You don't have to SAY racist things to be one. All you have to do is defend/support/vote for someone who is. Some disagree with that. Are you one of them? Why?

    Yes. I disagree.

    1) Racism has a very precise definition.  The word should never be used to describe anyone who does not fit the definition. (Hint: Donald Trump is not a racist.)  To do so actually DIMINISHES the word's punch/meaning.

    2) There's a difference between bigotry and racism.   Every one of us is a bigot. Few of us are racists.

    3) To support a racist for a variety of reasons having nothing to do with issues of race is not to be a racist.  Racism is NOT an associative characteristic.  It is an individual one.

    Adolph Hitler is perhaps the best, most extreme example. He was brilliant in some respects, and flat out evil in others.  That one might support the idea of funding the development of a mode of transportation for the common man (the Volkswagen) doesn't mean that one supports all the other vile machinations to come from the same man.
