"You need to get mums with young kids to run the country"! Obviously that is an Answermug friend who isn't an American. A very smart cookie who lives "elsewhere". From the "mums" you can guess where that elsewhere is. Her point is that mums are less likely to be war mongers because they love and want to protect their children which means they are more likely to find other solutions to disagreements than war. Which brings up another question.
