It makes me sick that he can brag about the second worst presidency on record. He sucked and Clinton paling around with him and acting like they are just two peas in a pod is NAUSEATING.

'A Trump in the hand is better than 8 years of a Bush'?

In my opinion, they both sucked… just in different ways.  “W” ran the country as if he were “mentally handicapped” (retarded?).  Trump tries to run the place like a businessman… who learned business ethics from some guy in a van in a Wal-Mart parking lot at 1 am.  Neither of these bozos had/has a clue on how to run a country.  Trump is determined to become a czar (“all hail me and my big hands.  They are the biggest hands – ever!”), while Bush couldn’t even pronounce the word (“That’s pronounced Caesar, right?  It’s-it’s like when a woman has a baby, she gets a Caesar section”).  To compare the two is like comparing two piles of excrement.  It doesn’t matter how you look at them they’re still excrement.  The only difference is that we’ve scraped one off our shoes and are hoping to survive long enough to scrape off the other.

"C"-section for Caesarian. I disagree with thee emphatically and absolutely. Doofus don is an abomination owned by Russia and devoted to that country and its leader more than our country which he doesn't give a rat's a** about. He has put himself first in all things. Bush fought for funds to help in the AIDS epidemic. Other than tax cuts for the obscenely wealthy what has the doofus accomplished? As far as I know Bush was not accused of Corruption,  Collusion, Obstruction of Justice, or lying every time he opened his mouth. He did not  rant daily about whom he hated. He did not denigrate/deprecate/demean/derogate folks 24/7 as dingbat don does. He did not insult people for their country of origin, their ethnicity or their religion. After 9/11 Bush cautioned Americans to not take it out on Muslims. The turnover rate in the Bush administration was not swinging doors every second. He did not ignore/undermine/sabotage/ridicule his Justice Department nor did he indulge in running commentaries about how terrible some of his staff were as doofus don has done with Jeff Sessions. Bush didn't fire the Director of the FBI for doing his job. Doofus don fired Comey for exactly that. Bush did not bring his entire family into government and give them access to top secret information. The Security Clearance system under Bush was not ignored as is everything in the doofus don world. Bush appointed folks with education and experience in the jobs that they took on whereas the doofus dumbbell hires his cronies, other billionaires and specifically hires those who hate the department they head. The head of the EPA does not believe in  climate change. The head of the Department of Education is a billionaire who never attended a  public school and prefers vouchers so parents can send their kids to private schools. Shall I continue or do you get the picture? So we disagree emphatically. I would trust my beautiful daughter alone with George W. Bush . I'd get an armed guard with an AK 47 if she were within touching distance of doofus don whose disgusting behavior toward women is legendary. But I digress. Thank you for your reply Shuhak. We agree on some things and dis on others. This is a BIGLY DIS. No matter, right? No worries, right? This post was edited by RosieG at March 8, 2018 6:50 AM MST

No, we won't ever agree on everything (no one ever does).  To be honest, I'd written about 4 more paragraphs in answering this question (and they were doozies!).  However, after nearly 2 hours of writing and rewriting, trying to make a fair and honest observation - without using foul or otherwise inappropriate language (not easy), I finally gave up and went with a "modified" version of my first paragraph.  My answer was meant to have a humorous sting to it (thus my opening pun - complete with a "?").  The czar/c-section thing was supposed to be like Bush talked.  (as with much of my humor, it was probably funnier in my head)

I am by no means saying that Bush was the greatest president ever (not hardly).  Granted, he did some "good" during his presidency (as most presidents do), but he also had a "few problems" (sometimes acted like he "wasn't all there"); and he did go somewhat "downhill" towards the end of his second term.  It's also true that he had some hard decisions to make during his presidency (some of which got us into wars we're still fighting some 16+ years later).  Trump, on the other hand ... well ... the hardest decisions he's ever made in his (so-called) "presidency" was whether to have a Big Mac or just go straight KFC.  He's turned the White House into another version of "The Apprentice" ("you're fired").  He seems dead set on becoming a dictator (this my czar joke).  He wants to rewrite every law his way.  He's thinks he should be above the law (especially the ones he doesn't like)?  Military parades??  Oh, lordy!  At worst, Bush had a shoe thrown at him.  Trump's going to get a nuclear bomb thrown at him - and the rest of us too!  Yes, I think Bush was a abit of a bozo (he could have done a lot better than he did).   However, while my answer was a dis to both bozos (again, my opinion), the biggest dis goes to the dipwad on the golf course...  I mean, in the White House.

Bush would say NUCULURE instead of NUCLEAR! Always drove me bonkers.  I missed the humor of your "Caesar section". Apologies. What I gathered from what you wrote was that you were saying they were the same. One was as bad as the other. Just in a different way. I totally disagree. I didn't mean to imply that you thought Bush great was. What I meant to communicate to you was that your equalizing them makes no sense to me at all. On a scale of 1-10 ten being the worst. I put Bush at 8 and doofus don at a googolplex. I know. I cheated!  There is no comparison to me. We probably agree more on things than we dis which is neither here not there. I like disagreement when we can disagree with civility absent attacks/insults. It may be a gender thing vis a vis my revulsion. I relate to the women he abused in all ways. I also relate to his hatred of minorities. I think of him as a Nazi (he is German on his daddy's side) and when I think of Nazi I think of genocide..the holocaust.  I am of Armenian descent and we had our own genocide at  the hands of the Turks and lost 1.5 million of our people. The Jewish people lost 6 million. So I have always related to them and consider them to be MY PEOPLE.  What good is a Nazi that doesn't hate Jews, right? No self-respecting Nazi would ever admit to liking them. I dunno Shuhak. I see doofus don as purely evil and I  think you see him otherwise. No worries. Thank you for your reply. My default mode is SERIOUS so I don't always get lighthearted attempts at joking. My friends know that about me and will even tell me in advance "I'm joking". That's what comes with the territory of SERIOUS. I have my lighter moments of course. Happy Friday!  :) Oh. What do you think about the latest "buzz"? Doofus and Kim Jung-Un are gonna meet? This after the childish insults they exchanged? I'll believe it when I see but I think of the two the North Korean leader is the more stable one. Which puts us always at the disadvantage since  doofus will always be a little slower on the draw, a littler duller, a little less likely to "get it". :( This post was edited by RosieG at March 9, 2018 6:08 AM MST

Agreed.  Trump is excessively "bad" (corrupt, rotten, egomaniac, racist, liar, etc.).  I'm not to good on US history (I wrote stories instead of paying attention in my high school and college classes), but I don't believe we've ever had a worse president.

I'm a bit of a humorist.  I like to inject humor into many of my answers.  I hope it lightens the mood as much of what's going on in the world is enough to stress one into having a heart attack.   I try to put my humor in quotation marks within parentheses so as to offset it, but sometimes I just blend it in.  Not everyone gets my humor, so don't feel bad.

Knowing Trump, he'll either say or do something to "piss-off" 'Kimmy' (my humorous way to refer to Kim Jong-Un).  Trump acts like an immature teenager and cannot distinguish childiness from diplomacy.  'Kimmy', while young and inexperienced, is somewhat shrewd (or at least those who council him make him to look that way).  Trump is just plain idiotic.  Not only can he not admit when he's wrong, but he has to make his "wrong" look like something great  (just like my cat does when he rolls off the chair onto the floor)

(Injecting humor here ->  I can picture Trump amd Kimmy as two kids on a school playground.....
Trump - "Ha, ha.. you can't hurt me."
    Kimmy - "Can too!"
    Trump - "Can not!"
    Kimmy - "Can too!"
Trump - "Well, if you hurt me I'll hurt you right back, 'cause MY button's bigger than YOUR button"
    Kimmy - "is not"
    Trump  -"Is too"
    Kimmy - "Prove it, then"
Trump - "OK, I will!" (starts WWIII)

If it were any another president then I might have a more positive outlook, but since it's Trump... I foresee disaster.

Moi aussi mon ami! I also think this alleged meeting between the Dotard don and Kimmy  may never happen. Just another deflection from the doofus don to get the attention off of STORMY DANIELS lawsuit that has legs and is moving forward and the stupid dumba** tariff disaster. He does that all the time. When the heat gets too much for him he does/says something/anything to point attention in another direction. Jacka** tactics. Dumba** too. That's him all tied up in a neat little predictable bow. White of course. Color offends him. I wait for the day Putin cuts the strings and leaves donjohn speechless and immobile in a heap. Hope it is sooner rather than later. I mean Putin put him in office and has mentored his every word/every action. What will he do without the puppetmaster? One contemplates such things during the times of pondering and wondering what comes next? Thank you for your reply Shuhak! :)
