They use office to enrich their contributors and themselves. In order to get away with it they have to slash budgets for the poor, the ill, the young, the old. DUH. Pols are basically bloodsuckers with rare exception which is why most of we the people are zombies. Our blood has been sucked out of us by those vampires. We move about giving the illusion we are alive but in fact we died long ago( January 20, 2017 to be precise) and just go through the motions. :(
