The fanatic obsession with the second amendment, the NRA and the pols who grovel at its feet and do its bidding? When The Constitution was written the weapons were MUSKETS. Do you really think The Founding Fathers would sanction the use of the plethora of war weapons we insist it is our right to own today? Do you think they would sanction putting the rights of gunpeople over the lives of children? What judgment would they render on that issue alone?
As for GOD and JESUS. "Suffer the little children to come unto me". "What you do to the least of mine you do to me". "Thou shalt not kill". "Love thy neighbor as thyself". Are y'all ready for THAT trial? How would you explain yourself if you support the rights of gunfolks to own whatever killing machines they wanted over the lives of all the massacred children?
