Where Trumpwall trespasses on private land does the donjohn eminent domain it/take it or pay fair market value for it?

    Who is the one to determine "fair market value" m2c? The taker or the takee? If the donjohn get his guy to put a very low value on something what recourse does the takee have to fight it? You know the donjohn is a notorious cheapskate and stiffs people. He would cheapskate and stiff the eminent domain folks too. If  the land is worth $200,000 and his "assessor" says it's worth $20,000 what happens next?  I know you trust the doofus in all things and believe he would actually pay the takee what the land is worth. However that is not making a good deal is it? He has to brag about his good deals and paying money for what it's worth is something the doofus  would get enraged about. I don't trust the guy. You do. Oh well. Thank you for your reply! :)
