So you are a "head of state" and you lie to a head of state and then you brag about it in public and make fun of him.. For what purpose?

The donjohn said some bullsh** crap to Justin Trudeau about deficits between Canada and the US. His sense of humor is bizarrely unfunny and cruel. Yet the crowd he was pandering to(at a fundraiser) seemed to just love the he** out of it. Is everyone in his base base as cruel and humorless as the doofus?
