Double dipping is a very bad habit and people who do it are showing a lack of respect for the etiquette of finger food. To take a single corn chip and dip it in both guacamole and taramasalata, or salsa and tzatziki, causes cross-contamination of said relishes and condiments and a possible health hazard for people with serious allergies. I know President Trump has come under fire for his table manners before.
