Bill preparers can sneak it whatever crap they want and ge away with it since no one reads them. Maybe a portion here and there that is of special interest. Who is going to read a bill that is 50 pages long or 100 pages or 1000? Who believes anyone who says he/she ALWAYS reads every word of every bill no matter how long?
