The OMNIBUS bill that Big Bad JOHN said he'd sign, then said he might veto, then signed is 2,232 pages long. Get serious. WHO read it?

 2,232 pages is probably more pages than Big  Bad JOHN has read in his entire life INCLUDING his often bragged about his GREAT education!  Think how many things all the pols working on it got to put in there knowing they'd get away with it? No one has read all of it. They are probably assigned "reading homework" individually so collectively they can say they read all of it. Whatta buncha crap that is.

So how often do you sign anything you do not read? Why?
